What exactly does a sports medicine doctor right?

I just try to be a primary care physician in sports. I know it's hard, but my question is what are the options for them? Can you open your own office? Being a concierge doctor to a professional? Or is limited to only work for a sports team? I also asked the level of stress. All that will help you:)
